Softball 2017/18 Clinic Programs

This will be a great program to simply to learn how to make adjustments to your swing or finally clean up that awkward swing.  This program will have a maximum of 6 “like” athletes per 45 min session. We will do our best to accommodate you if certain times work better than others.

When: January 8, 15, 22,29; February 5, 12, 19, 26 and March 5

Times:

• 4:45pm-5:30pm-U8/U10 - FULL
• 5:30pm-6:15pm-U8/U10
• 6:15pm-7:00pm-U10/U12 - FULL
• 7:00pm-7:45pm-U12/U14/U16 - FULL
• 7:45pm-8:30pm-U12/U14/U16 - FULL

Where: Walnut Grove Batting Cages

Coaches: Michelle Peters-Head Coach Douglas College Royals

Cost: $80- 9 sessions. This cost is applicable to NLDS members. Non-members please apply an additional $40.

***The Clinic will be made available to NL Softball Rec members first, Rep members second, and out of association players third. Program will be open to Rep and OOA players after 72 hours from launch. OOA players will be required to pay an additional $40 for the program***

All athletes will have access to signing out a bat if needed for the duration of the program, and MUST wear in runners in the batting cage—NO CLEATS.

North Langley Softball is pleased to welcome back Kim Wright. Kim is a Can-Pitch Instructor, a former coach with not only our Canadian National team, but also with several other international countries, most recently with Greece National team. Kim brings an upbeat and energetic environment to pitch in, and if your daughter puts in the extra effort, there is no doubt, she will be a successful pitcher in the game of fastpitch/softball.

 A catcher will have to be supplied

October 16-Willoughby Elementary

• First Session 7pm-8pm- U10/U12
• Second Session 8pm-9pm-U12 and up

October 23-Walnut Grove Batting Cages

• First session 5:30pm-6:30pm- U10/U12
• Second Session 6:30pm-7:30pm-U12 and up

October 30-March 12- Richard Bulpitt Elementary

• First session 5:30pm-6:30pm- U10/U12
• Second Session 6:30pm-7:30pm-U12 and up

Cost:

North Langley Softball Members-$275 for 17 sessions. We will be giving priority to Rec kids first, and Rep kids second.

Out of Association athletes-$350 for 17 sessions. Out of Association members will be eligible to register October 13, 2017.

Please note payment can be broken up in 2 installments. First installment is due immediately, second in January 2018.

Please note, sessions may potentially be combined if there is a low turnout in one of the two sessions, but each session will never have more than 8 per session.
